Every plan includes enterprise-grade caching (Varnish), DDoS protection (L3–L7), a Web Application Firewall (WAF), antivirus scanning, daily encrypted backups with 365-day retention, SSL certificates, CDN with 100+ global PoPs, image optimization, and 24/7 monitoring. The difference between plans is primarily storage, dedicated resources, support level, and compliance features.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your control panel. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period.
Free migration is included with Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Our team handles the full process: files, databases, DNS, SSL, and email. We test everything on a staging environment before switching over, so there's zero downtime. Essential plan customers can purchase migration as an add-on.
A staging environment is a private copy of your live site where you can test changes, updates, and new features without affecting your production website. Available on Pro plans and above, staging can be created with one click from your control panel.
Our SLA guarantees a minimum uptime percentage (99.9% for Essential, 99.95% for Pro, 99.99% for Business). If we fall below the guaranteed level in any calendar month, you receive account credit proportional to the downtime. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom SLA terms.
NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) is the fastest type of SSD available. It delivers up to 7x faster read/write speeds compared to traditional SATA SSDs, which means faster page loads, quicker database queries, and a more responsive website overall.
All plans include 24/7 email support with a dedicated team of hosting engineers (not outsourced). Pro plans add priority support with faster response times. Business and Enterprise plans include 24/7 phone support and a dedicated account manager who knows your infrastructure.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers (SEPA), and invoice-based billing for Business and Enterprise plans. All prices are in EUR. Annual billing includes a discount compared to monthly payments.
All servers are located in EU data centers (Germany and Denmark), fully GDPR compliant. Your data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly request it. Encrypted backups are stored on separate infrastructure for disaster recovery.

It includes everything in Business, plus multi-server clusters, dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA terms, priority incident response, architecture consultancy, custom integrations, and volume discounts.
